These 12 condominium townhouses were designed on an infill lot in Toronto in the Leslieville neighbourhood.

They are located next to an historic church, and set back from it to preserve views from the street and to create a pedestrian space alongside the church.

The units are “stacked townhouses” with a total of five habitable stories within a four storey building height and a total of 18,000 s.f.

The lower units are walk-ups with a partial basement and walk-out. The upper units are two storey plus mezzanine and roof deck.

There is also a common area roof deck with views of the city skyline.

Bob Abrahams is the Architect of Record.
