This project includes five attached three-level houses over shared underground parking in the Playa Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles.
This project presents an innovative solution to a low-density Los Angeles area, by introducing modern row housing. The scheme takes advantage of L.A.’s small lot subdivision ordinance and divides a under-utilized site into five narrow lots with a shared parking structure.
