We designed this his 48,000 s.f. boutique hotel as a heritage inspired gateway to the Eastern approach of downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland.
The thin pie-shaped lot required a unique design solution. We participated in extensive public consultation and hearings on behalf of the project.
