We designed this five unit condominium townhouse development to fit on a typical residential single family lot in West Hollywood, California..
We optimized the developable potential with the maximum allowable number of units, maximum allowable floor area and maximum allowable building height. Parking is located underground and outdoor amenity areas are located on the roof.
Our decisions about materials, HVAC systems, landscape and more, exceeded the City’s green building standards and allowed a zoning density increase.
