We designed this 1,000 s.f. addition and renovation of a historic house backing onto a ravine in Toronto’s Beaches neighbourhood.
The house’s heritage designation and ravine lot required additional levels of approval. The design intent was to preserve the heritage value while enabling modern amenities and lifestyle.
