We designed this 32 unit apartment building in the Koreatown neighbourhood of Los Angeles. There are two levels of parking and common outdoor amenity space on the roof.
This project takes advantage of the new Transit Oriented Development incentives for increased density, because it is near a subway station.
We maximized the economies of light wood frame construction by placing 5 stories of wood structure atop 2 stories of concrete structure.
