We designed this mixed use building in Oceanside, California, with 117 apartments and 2 commercial lease spaces. There are three levels of underground parking, common outdoor amenity space on the roof, and indoor amenity spaces in the basement.
We maximized the economies of light wood frame construction by placing 5 stories of wood structure atop 1 story of concrete structure.
