This project involves the re-location and restoration two historic structures in Newmarket, Ontario.
Historic additions which did not support the authentic historic character of the restoration were removed.
The design work included relocating the buildings onto a refurbished site with landscaping, public amenities, interpretive signage, urban design and accessible elements, and converting the derelict structures into office space.
